What does SBCA do?

SBCA is a Web3 incubator first and an investor second. Our core is hands-on incubation across four pillars: venture strategy, product & tech, go-to-market and capital. We take early-stage teams from 0 to 1, and we invest in the projects we believe in.

What stage of project do you work with?

Early-stage teams: an idea, a prototype or an early product that still needs a business model, a build team or its first users.

Which sectors do you focus on?

AI, Web3 infrastructure, and user-acquisition (U.A.C.) projects that bring real users on-chain.

How is incubation structured?

Choose full incubation, à la carte services or a monthly retainer. Full incubation is priced as a combination of cash and equity or tokens, so we stay aligned with the project’s long-term growth.

How is SBCA different from a typical VC?

We do the work alongside you, and we bring our own traffic: abcd events, a media network and community partners such as OTG, CH90 and Bitcoin Malaysia.

How can I apply or follow updates?

Use Apply for Incubation on the SBCA website, or follow @SBCA_Official on X for news from SBCA and our ecosystem.

Can I hire SBCA for a single service?

Yes. Any capability, from a pitch deck or a website to an event activation, can be taken on its own.

Does SBCA build the product itself?

Yes. SBCA Labs designs and builds in-house: brand, website, UI/UX, full stack development and AI integration.

Where is SBCA based?

SBCA is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with a presence in London and Beijing. We work with founders across Southeast Asia and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

What is SBCA Labs?

SBCA Labs is SBCA’s in-house product team. It designs and builds brands, websites, UI/UX, full stack products and AI integrations for the projects we incubate, and it built AAAAI, AI employees for founders.

Which projects has SBCA worked with?

SBCA incubated COLONY from an event feature into a standalone product, built AAAAI through SBCA Labs, and is the event and activation partner of abcd (APAC Blockchain Day). MoonX is also part of the SBCA ecosystem.
